Automatic Payments (Auto Pay)

Automatic payments are withdrawn from your selected bank account on the 5th of each month, or the next business day if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday.

• Customers will continue to receive a monthly bill
• Bills for enrolled customers will be marked: “Auto Pay – Do Not Pay”
• Returned or declined Auto Pay payments are subject to a $30.00 fee
• Replacement payment must be made by cash or money order

Enrollment Options

You may enroll in Auto Pay by:

• Signing into your online account: Click here to log in
• Submitting a completed ACH enrollment form to City Hall with:
  • A voided check, or
  • A blank deposit slip

Email Billing (E-Billing)

Customers may choose to receive their utility bill by email. E-bills are sent as password-protected PDFs each billing cycle.

• Customers may still opt to receive a paper bill
• Enrollment confirmation will be sent by email once processed

How to Enroll

To sign up for e-billing, you may:

• Complete the e-billing form below, or
• Call City Hall at (573) 887-3558

You will receive an email notification once enrollment is complete and when your first e-bill will be sent.
