Contact the City Hall at 222 W. Yoakum or by phone 573-887-3558 to establish water service.

There is a $75.00 deposit to establish new service for homeowners. The deposit is $125.00 for renters. This is applied to your last bill, or refunded if there is an overage.

Water bills are due the 10th of every month and include the cost of sewer and solid waste service in the total.

After the 10th a penalty will be added to any unpaid current charges. On the 17th, if payment has not been made, water services will be locked off.

To reconnect water services, the following reconnect fees plus any unpaid balance will need to be paid in full.

The recconect fee and connect fee will restart at $30.00 if there has been a FULL12 MONTH period where there has not been a shut off.

If at any time you are unable to pay your bill by the due date, please call us to make payment arrangements.

Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

There is a drive thru window available for your convenience and a night deposit slot for after hours.
