Utility vehicles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and golf carts operated within city limits are required to have a permit.

Fee $30.00 per vehicle
Expiration Expires each December

Application Requirements

To apply for a permit, applicants must provide:

  • A completed application
  • Proof of insurance for the vehicle
  • A valid driver’s license

Permit Display

Once approved, a permit sticker will be issued.

  • The sticker must be placed on the rear of the vehicle
  • The permit must remain in a clearly visible location
