Utility vehicles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and golf carts operated within city limits are required to have a permit.

Application Requirements
To apply for a permit, applicants must provide:
- A completed application
- Proof of insurance for the vehicle
- A valid driver’s license
Permit Display
Once approved, a permit sticker will be issued.
- The sticker must be placed on the rear of the vehicle
- The permit must remain in a clearly visible location
