Water Service Information

Deposit Amounts
Your deposit will be applied to your final bill. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Billing Information
Water bills are due on the 10th of every month and include:
- Water service
- Sewer service
- Solid waste service
After the 10th, a penalty will be added to any unpaid current charges.
If payment has not been made before the 17th, water service will be locked off.
Lock Off & Reconnect Fees
To restore water service, all unpaid balances plus applicable reconnect fees must be paid in full.

Reconnect and connect fees will restart at $30.00 after a full 12-month period without a shut off.
Payment Arrangements
If you are unable to pay your bill by the due date, please contact City Hall before the 17th to make payment arrangements.
- No extensions or payment arrangements will be made on or after the 17th
- Full balance plus reconnect fees must be paid before water service is restored
- No exceptions

- Night deposit slot for after-hours payments
- Credit/debit card payments by phone (service charges apply)
