Nuisance Complaint form Online

Most of our neighbors and fellow citizens act responsibly and are not the source of nuisances. Unfortunately, nuisances exist and your property shouldn’t be negatively affected by them. In an effort to be more proactive in cleaning up Chaffee, we ask for your help to let us know of problems or nuisances that may exist. If you would like to register a complaint about a property, you can pick up a form at city hall or file a complaint on line.
The form asks for your name and contact information but at no time will this be given to anyone other than investigators. We need the information in case there are more questions that need to be asked to verify the complaint.
