The City of Chaffee offers ACH billing and Ebilling as options for water bills.

ACH Billing – Customers will still receive their monthly bill, but for the people who have opted for this service it will have “Bank draft – do not pay” printed on it.  There will be an authorization form to be completed to provide us with bank information and a signature. 

E –Billing – Opting to receive a bill via secure ebill will eliminate the paper bill you normally receive in the mail. Our system will create a password protected pdf of the bill and attach it to an email that will be sent out at the time of billing. 

You can sign up now for ebilling by completing the following form. We will send you an email to let you know when you will get the first ebill. You can also use this form to indicate that you want to sign up for ACH payments. You will need to complete and sign a form at City Hall in order for ACH to become active. Completing the request does not make the ACH active.
